3/4 c butter
1 1/2 c packed brown sugar
2 T water
2 c semisweet chocolate chips
2 eggs
2 1/2 c all purpose flour
- In Large pan over low heat cook butter, sugar and water until butter melts. Add chocolate chips and stir til partly melted. Remove from heat and continue to stir until chocolate is completly melted. pour in a large bowl and let stand 10 minutes to slightly cool.
- At high speed beat eggs, 1 at a time into chocolate mixture. Reduce speed to low and add dry ingredents beating till blended. Chill dough 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 350* F
- Roll dough into balls, place on ungreased cookie sheet 2 inches apart. Bake 8-10 minutes. While cookies bake unwrap mints. Immediately after cookie come out of oven put mint on top and wait 5 minutes. Flip mint and spread, then put in fredge 8 mins to harden mint on top and to give shinny look.
